1. Nature of Services
RocketWalls provides mobile, on-site professional television wall mounting, in-wall cable concealment, soundbar installation, and architectural wall consultation throughout Los Angeles County, California. We are a mobile dispatch business without a public storefront.
2. Appointments & Access
Clients must ensure that an authorized adult (18 years or older) is present during the scheduled service window and that the installation area is safely accessible and clear of obstruction.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Upfront Quotes: Pricing is confirmed prior to commencing work based on screen size, bracket style, and wall substrate (e.g., drywall, brick, stone tile, or concrete).
- Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion and thorough visual inspection of the installation. No upfront deposit is required for standard residential TV mounting.
4. Workmanship & Structural Safety
All TV mounting is executed according to professional craftsmanship and California seismic standards using heavy-gauge lag bolts anchored directly into structural wood or metal studs, or specialized masonry fasteners. We inspect the wall structure with electronic stud and wire detectors prior to drilling.
5. Limitation of Liability
RocketWalls carries general commercial liability coverage. RocketWalls is not liable for pre-existing structural wall defects, concealed plumbing or non-standard electrical wiring not conforming to building codes, or customer-provided defective television hardware.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
